Face-to-face London Clinic and remote consultations

I understand the importance of providing accessible and cost-effective services. That's why I offer both face-to-face and online consultations, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs.

While face-to-face consultations have their advantages, such as building a personal relationship with your practitioner, online consultations offer greater convenience and are more cost-effective. Plus, with today's technology, remote consultations can be just as effective as face-to-face sessions.

Questions? I’ve got answers.

  • Remote consultations can be conducted via Zoom or telephone, offering a convenient and cost-effective solution tailored to your requirements.

Remote consultations are available on Wednesdays and Fridays.

  • Face-to-face consultations are conducted at the heart of London at Calmer Clinics Pimlico. The clinic has a welcoming atmosphere and is easily accessible.

Face-to-face consultations are available on Tuesdays.

  • It's a valid question that many people ask. While it's true that the NHS provides excellent healthcare, working with a private dietitian offers unparalleled benefits that can make a significant difference in achieving your healthy weight and wellness goals.

    • Faster Results: Since you receive the service without long waiting times, you can get answers and help to your questions in real-time. The quicker you get help, the faster you can achieve your goals.

    • Focused Support: While NHS dietitians are highly trained professionals, they often have a high caseload. A private dietitian can focus solely on your needs; therefore, you're more likely to stay on track and achieve your goals.

    • Motivation and Accountability: With a private dietitian, you’ve ongoing support and motivation between the sessions. Regular check-ins with a dietitian can increase your accountability. Knowing that someone will be reviewing your progress can motivate you to stick to your plan.

    • Support During Challenges: Whenever you face challenges or hit a plateau, your dietitian is there to support and guide you. The dietitian will help modify your plan and provide strategies to overcome obstacles.

    • Flexibility: Private dietitians often have more flexible hours and appointment availability, meaning you can schedule visits around your busy schedule.

Choice: When it comes to your health, having the ability to choose a dietitian who can provide a personalised approach at a time and place that suits you can be invaluable.

  • In most cases, it will take between two to three months. This includes follow-up consultations every two to four weeks and ongoing support by the dietitian between the sessions.

The programme is tailored to each client's individual requirements and preferences. You will progress at a pace that is comfortable to you.

  • To succeed, you must commit to three things: consistency, following your Action Plan, and being honest with yourself and the dietitian.

Remember that the advice you'll receive is tailored to you based on what you tell your dietitian.

  • Yes, preparing for your consultation will ensure that you get the most out of your session. Completing the initial questionnaire will give your dietitian valuable insights into your current habits and health status.

Also, if possible, acquiring a blood test from your GP will provide additional valuable data. Being well-prepared will enhance your consultation experience and increase the effectiveness of your treatment plan.
